What is your cost structure?

We offer flexible cost structures tailored to fit the needs of each project and client. For shorter projects with clear deliverables and deadlines, we typically recommend time and materials-based pricing.

For long-term strategic advisory and ongoing support, we often suggest a retainer model, which tends to be more cost-effective with greater accessibility to our expertise and support.

A key part of overall pricing is how we staff your project. We don’t believe you need an army of consultants. Instead, we bring a small, elite team carefully selected to fit your specific needs, while tapping into the strength of your people so they can own the future we are building together.

What does a typical project look like?

Where to begin is half the battle—and we make sure you get started on the right foot. Every project kicks off with Phase 1, where we help define strategic and operational clarity. This means aligning on the why, what, and how of your initiative. Often times, this includes crafting a master narrative to ensure all key stakeholders are aligned around a shared vision and story.

Phase 1 sets the foundation and illuminates what comes next. From there, we work with you to shape Phase 2 and beyond, adapting our support based on your evolving goals, timeline and capacity.
