AI Adoption & Integration: Global HR Program for a German Multinational Science and Technology Company

Our Challenge
The organization had historically struggled to close the loop between leadership and employee feedback. Senior leaders (L1 and L2) weren’t receiving enough actionable input from teams on the ground. Meanwhile, employees felt their voices were going unheard—sharing feedback into systems that lacked visibility or follow-through. This disconnect created both cultural and operational risks, particularly across such a large, diverse, and distributed workforce.
Our Solution
To close the loop between employees and leadership, the company launched a global HR program focused on building a structured, tech-enabled feedback system. At its core was a new AI-powered tool designed to synthesize large volumes of input and surface actionable insights. This shifted feedback from static surveys to a continuous stream of intelligence, highlighting themes, sentiment shifts, and emerging risks in real time.
The program embedded digital feedback channels into the flow of work, including pulse check-ins and structured surveys integrated with existing platforms. The AI system clustered inputs by topic and urgency, enabling senior leaders to act faster and with greater clarity—while eliminating the need for time-consuming manual analysis.
Communications and design work reframed the experience for employees, emphasizing transparency and responsiveness. By combining AI-driven insight with strong internal storytelling, the organization not only modernized its listening practices, but also built trust, scaled responsiveness, and positioned itself for smarter, faster decision-making.
