Our Challenge

A 350-year-old multinational life sciences organization needed to integrate its portfolio and deliver a unified services offering to meet the needs of emerging biotech customers. Their existing go-to-market approach was siloed under individual products and lacked cohesion, limiting their ability to solve higher-order customer challenges. Leadership required a partner to help position a new integrated services brand, align commercial teams, and prepare the organization for launch on the global stage.

Our Solution

BizLove partnered with executives to define the market position and branding for the new services offering. We developed a go-to-market strategy and launch campaign, including digital marketing, media activation, and a new website to establish credibility in the market. To generate market awareness, we additionally developed a new brand identity to visually unify all new commercial materials for customers & employees.

To support their commercial teams during launch, BizLove worked directly with each franchise team to refine their capabilities presentation to include an evolved value proposition, ensuring their portfolio was positioned for impact. Our sales enablement approach prepared their commercial teams to attend the largest industry event of the year with an aligned representation of the new brand and commercial positioning.

Following the launch of the integrated offering, our consultants facilitated a two-day intensive workshop with key cross-functional leaders focused on organizational enablement and commercial readiness for their teams.
