Our Challenge

A global electronics manufacturer and Palantir, a data analytics company,  partnered together to launch a new software startup dedicated to the Semiconductor industry. They needed a partner to help them define their brand positioning, visual identity, and commercial offering to launch the brand in the US market.

Our Solution

To begin, we worked with a team of executives to define the market position and customer value proposition. We guided the leadership team through naming and brand identity exercises, then created go-to-market assets including customer outreach strategy, commercial presentations, and a digital launch platform. The first phase of the project culminated during the launch of the brand at an industry conference, with the CEO delivering a keynote to officially unveil the platform.

After launching the platform, we continued supporting the team with strategic marketing and communications. We led further definition of target customer segments, developed a multi-channel marketing & communications strategy, drove creative and content development, and supported executive positioning to build awareness. BizLove was also a key partner for the commercial teams, refining materials based on sales feedback as they secured their early customers and developing external case studies and digital channels to demonstrate progress and credibility.
