Our Challenge
A global healthcare company launched their annual strategy with a new ‘big idea’ that left employees with questions, requiring further clarity. They needed a partner that could sit between their strategy and communications teams to extract and simplify the different elements of their strategy.
Leadership needed to bring clarity and alignment to 17,800 employees across 150 countries, while also reactivating the company’s purpose as a unifying guide. At the same time, they faced the challenge of hosting their largest global customer and patient-facing event — a moment to inspire trust and reinforce their role as an industry leader.
Our Solution
BizLove partnered with the executive team to unify their leadership narrative, anchoring the strategy in purpose and communicating it with clarity. We began by aligning the executive teams around one master story that connected the company’s purpose, culture and strategy, then developed messaging and toolkits to cascade this narrative across 200+ senior leaders. These resources equipped leaders to engage their teams with confidence and ensured functional groups received the clarity and unity they needed.
For the customer and patient event, we worked across the different franchise businesses and regions to curate high impact stories, with videos showcasing the impact to patients & customers. BizLove also put spotlights on breakthrough therapies, awards for high performing teams, and panel talks with industry thought leaders. The result was a high-energy, week-long gathering that brought the company’s purpose to life for employees, customers, and patients worldwide.
