A fast-growing global consultancy doubled in size during a record year, creating new complexity across strategy, culture, and talent. Leadership recognized the need to clarify their purpose and values, strengthen alignment across the organization, and position themselves as an employer of choice to attract top talent in the US and Europe.

BizLove partnered with the executive team to define their Employee Value Proposition and articulate a unifying vision for the next phase of growth. We worked with leaders to translate this vision into strategic communications and talent materials that could scale with the company. These materials include recruiting brochures, annual kick-off materials, and delivery of their multi-year vision & strategy.

To embed the vision and clarified values into the culture, we designed and facilitated the firm’s annual leadership offsite in Europe. Over two days, we guided workshops that helped the team crystallize strategic positioning, align on service offerings, and connect individual contributions to the company’s long-term purpose. The second day focused on defining cultural principles and values, ensuring employees had clarity and confidence in the path ahead.
