Our Challenge

As part of its transformation, a global B2B electronics manufacturer repositioned its digital solutions business into a concentrated, high-growth sector. Leadership needed to define a clear market position, unify internal and external stakeholders, and launch with the scale and impact to compete across the US, EU, and Asia.

Our Solution

BizLove led the creation of a positioning strategy by audience type, developing customized plans for employees, customers, investors, corporate affairs, and the media. To support cross-functional stakeholders, our team developed a go-to-market strategy for commercial teams, roll-out plan for internal communications, customer and employee value proposition, and content packages to support each business units’ differing needs. We served as part of the core team within the program management office to ensure continuity across all communications and materials.

BizLove led the program office to ensure government affairs, employee brand, commercial, sales, and the executive team were executing with cross-functional alignment and orchestration. The focus was delivering one project plan and one go-to-market strategy that ensured the launch would be successfully executed.

Once the repositioning launch was underway, BizLove worked with marketing, commercial, and executive communication teams to grow brand presence in high-growth markets. BizLove supported the teams creating event strategies and developing thought leadership content & creative collateral for high-profile industry events. BizLove enabled the whole organization to embrace their new position through supportinginternal communications and transformation teams with culture activation programs and a monthly company-wide newsletter. Telling a consistent story to both internal and external audiences drove aligned organizational action.
