Our Challenge

After acquiring a publicly traded biotech company in its largest deal in two decades, a multinational healthcare organization called us in to help clarify their integration strategy and align employees around a shared vision for the future.

As the newly combined organization approached their annual all-company offsite, leadership messaging had become fragmented and employees were losing confidence in the strategy. At the same time, there were no existing mechanisms to enable change and information flow across workstreams.

Compounding the challenge, the organization had set ambitious growth goals that demanded cross-functional collaboration and clear strategic direction. At a critical moment of transformation, the organization needed stability, alignment, and clarity – fast.  

Our Solution

BizLove moved quickly to assess communication gaps through a sprint of stakeholder interviews, define a clear integration narrative, and design an activation plan to restore alignment across the organization.

We equipped the organization’s new CEO and leadership team with aligned, authentic messaging to establish a clear vision for the newly combined business at the all-company offsite, while providing hands-on leadership coaching and facilitation support. Immediately following the event, we built the infrastructure needed to operationalize that narrative.

Within a week, we launched a set of core change mechanisms to sustain transparency and clarity around the integration while creating structured channels to communicate key workstream updates. Our work spanned executive positioning, manager toolkits, integration newsletters, and ongoing change enablement, ensuring the strategy was not only articulated but consistently activated throughout the transition.
