After acquiring a publicly traded biotech company in its largest deal in two decades, a multinational healthcare organization called us in to help clarify their integration strategy and align employees around a shared vision for the future.
As the newly combined organization approached their annual all-company offsite, leadership messaging had become fragmented and employees were losing confidence in the strategy. At the same time, there were no existing mechanisms to enable change and information flow across workstreams.
Compounding the challenge, the organization had set ambitious growth goals that demanded cross-functional collaboration and clear strategic direction. At a critical moment of transformation, the organization needed stability, alignment, and clarity – fast.
