Launching a LinkedIn-led campaign that took a staffing brokerage from near-zero pipeline to a working demand engine

Our Challenge
A talent & staffing solutions company was looking to build a more structured and scalable demand generation engine. At the time, inbound lead flow was limited and LinkedIn had not yet been established as a consistent top-of-funnel channel, resulting in an underutilized source of potential demand for the sales team.
To support net-new commercial lead generation, the company aimed to reach and convert hard-to-access B2B buyers across multiple verticals, including warehouse operations, event logistics, and procurement, without a dedicated internal marketing owner to run it.
Our Solution
BizLove helped clarify the company’s value, target buyers, and commercial story by developing a compelling master narrative. Once aligned, we built a creative campaign around it: messaging pillars tied to proof points, a unified visual identity, and a ready-to-deploy template library spanning LinkedIn posts, paid ad variants, short-form video scripts, sales-enablement one-pagers, and trade-media assets.
We prioritized the key buyer segments, including warehouse ops, event logistics, and procurement, and defined a clear problem-to-solution-to-impact spine for each, ensuring the campaign spoke directly to what each audience cared about.
We then ran a LinkedIn-led demand campaign across four verticals over 90 days, operating with a growth-hacker mindset: continuous A/B testing of creative, messaging, and placements; monthly performance reviews; and a handoff-ready analytics dashboard so the internal team could monitor and optimize independently.
